Each chalet benefits from a covered terrace with garden furniture, a splendid view of the Lac du Laouzas and a large private space with no overlooking, thanks to the hedges separating the chalets.

Renting a chalet facing Lac du Laouzas means choosing accommodation that combines comfort, privacy and nature. All our chalets have a covered terrace with garden furniture, ideal for outdoor breakfasts or aperitifs overlooking the lake. The pitches are separated by hedges, guaranteeing privacy for every family or couple.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, a number of services are available:
- On-site laundry: washing machine and tumble dryer (tokens available for a fee)
- Linen hire: available per double and single bed (optional extra)
- Housekeeping option: available at the end of your stay (extra charge)
- Baby equipment: cot (extra charge), high chair (extra charge), bath (extra charge)
- Pets allowed, up-to-date vaccination certificate required, leash required in campsite (fee payable; category 1 dogs and NAC not allowed).
- Free games room: pool table, table soccer, board games
- Refrigerator rental subject to availability (fee)
- Free WiFi throughout the residential park

Please note:
- Our chalets are not accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM), but PRM access is available at the campsite reception;
- A ramp has been installed on a 4-person Premium chalet to facilitate access to the accommodation for people with reduced mobility;
Our chalet rental ranges
To suit all family configurations and budgets, Les Rives du Lac offers three ranges of chalets for rent facing Lac du Laouzas:
- The “Premium & Prestige” chalets are perfect for couples, families or groups of up to 6 people, offering large bay windows with uninterrupted lake views and modern, cosy interiors .
- More spacious, they are ideal for larger families or friends who want to enjoy upmarket accommodation without the ostentatious luxury that is the very spirit of Rives du Lac. Only the Prestige chalet is equipped with a dishwasher and air conditioning
,a welcome comfort on the hottest summer days. - Traditional chalets are authentic wooden chalets . These lake-view chalets sleep up to 4 and offer a direct view of Lac du Laouzas from their terrace. Ideal for a family with children or a group of friends, they combine comfort and closeness to nature.
- Mobile homes are ideal for couples and families (2 to 4 people maximum). More intimate, they are nestled in a wooded area where a soothing stream runs through the greenery, with all the serenity you’re looking for to truly recharge your batteries. At an altitude of 800 m, the cool nights make for a particularly pleasant stay, even in midsummer.

FAQ for your chalet rental in front of Lac du Laouzas
Do you have any questions before booking your chalet in the Tarn? Here’s all the practical information you need to prepare your stay with peace of mind.
What are the arrival and departure conditions?
Arrivals are from 4 pm, departures before 10 am. It is not possible to arrive outside reception opening hours without informing the team in advance. For arrivals between 7 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., please call 06 30 34 03 44.
Is there a security deposit or an inventory of fixtures?
An inventory is taken on arrival and departure. End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the holidaymaker, unless the cleaning option has been taken out. A deposit of €300 per accommodation is required on arrival (by cheque or bank transfer).
What are the conditions for long weekends?
For the Easter, Ascension and Whitsun long weekends, a minimum of 3 nights is required.
Bookings between July 1ᵉʳ and July 15 are for a minimum of 4 nights. From July 15 to August 30, bookings are for a minimum of one week.
What about off-season ?
The campsite is open from April 17 to November 1ᵉʳ. Rentals are for a minimum of 2 nights. Out of season, the heating will be turned on before your arrival to guarantee immediate comfort from the first evening.
Is the campsite accessible to people with reduced mobility?
PRM access is available at reception. However, the chalets are not accessible to people with reduced mobility. A ramp has been installed on a 4-person Premium chalet to facilitate access for people with reduced mobility.
Some practical information to remember: the tourist tax is €0.75 per person over 18 and per night. It is forbidden to recharge an electric vehicle on the campsite, as the site does not have the necessary infrastructure. A charging station is available less than 5 km away in Nages.
